How do I know when I have booking/request for my services
As part of onboarding process, we would use the information in your onboarding form to create an instant booking alert and a unique log-in dashboard access
How do I get to update my Service, Promo, Coupon, Rate & Information
The unique log-in access that would be created for you at the onboarding stage gives you access to the user dashboard where you can update your services. In addition, our support team is always on hand to assist too
How do I receive payment for my travels services
As you would have indicated in the onboarding form, we would honor your preferred payment option (Pre or Post Payment) OR (To us or Direct to you by the client)
How do I increase conversion rate
Subscribe to a higher plan, Offer the best deal, Utilize your affiliate link and offer freebies
What marketing campaign packages do you have in place
We have a sizeable budget for marketing across board for all listed vendor. However, you can subscribe to any of our VALUE+ visibility package to gain a higher patronage. You can reach out to know more
Do you charge transfer fee/payout or service fee and at what percentage if any
At the moment we charge a stipend of 5% and if there would be any in the future it would depend on subscription plan of choice
Do I need to create a user account before I can list
Yes! You will need to create an account and chose a plan. Visit www.traveloptions.africa to get started.
How long does it take to get listed
With the onboarding form accurately filled, HD Pictures and product/service graphic designs timely received. It takes less than 24hours to go live
Do you provide service level agreement
Yes! We provide 2 pager SLA to be signed by both parties for a mutual understanding before listing goes live.
Is there a MobileApp for download
Yes. You can visit Google playstore and iOs to download Traveloptions MobileApp.
Payment
User of verified and listed vendor pays through our online payment gateway host into our account which we in turn payout to beneficiary vendor within 48hours
Payout
As part of your onboarding process, you will be required to sign a Service Level Agreement (SLA). In it is a section where you will be expected to fill-in your preferred local business bank account/mobile money details where your payout would be made into within a stipulated time of 72hour irrespective of the days of the week. However, payment to vendors in other countries aside Nigeria, would be made into your Traveloptions’s wallet account from where you will be able to withdraw via your local bank/mobile money
Can customer pay to me directly for my listed service
At the moment NO. However, our team is currently working on making that possible and vendors would be notified immediately we succeed at it.
Transfer Fee
For every payout, transfer fees would be burn by the vendor and not by Traveloptions. We advise vendors to always pre-add this to their unit sales price.
Does Traveloptions charge service commission
No. It is absolutely at a zero commission to sell on Traveloptions Travel Marketplace. Aside your subscription fee (Pre-Paid) and transfer fee, we do not charge any form of service commission on your sales irrespective of the several million dollar worth of your sales.
Can I share link to my listed travel and lifestyle services
Yes. The fastest way to share it is to open your listed travel service(s) on our platform and copy the automatic link from the browser section. Alternatively, vendor can also copy the link from their customized dashboard for their marketing purposes.
Is there any affiliate sales opportunity
Yes. We do have an affiliate link section you can set up for sign up to get more sales for your listed travel services and may be for drop-shipping kind of marketing. All you need do is to go to your dashboard, add affiliate to your listed travel services for sign up and from there on your affiliate team can start selling your listed travel services with an assured percentage to them from you in the end.
Is there a coupon sales opportunity
Yes. We do have a coupon section you can program to get more sales for your listed travel services from your favorites. All you need do is to go to your dashboard and click coupon to fill in all the freebies to drive more sales for your listed travel products and service
